This booking provides you with a cost estimate for the repairs on your equipment. Estimates can take up to 2 business days to complete, we kindly ask for your patience.

**NOTE: 

Please note this is a free service being offered by VCF, this is NOT a repair and does NOT offer any troubleshooting. If your forklift or equipment requires troubleshooting, an estimate will be provided for those services. 

Your booking will schedule a Certified Technician, possessing either a Red Seal or TQ certification, for the purpose of conducting repairs and maintenance on your equipment. In the event that the task cannot be completed within the designated time frame or for the specified fee, you will be provided with a quotation for the completion of the repair.

Our rates start as low as $55 per 15 min of service time plus parts, act now, you wont find a better deal then this!

Prices and times are non negotiable, service vans are gps tracked, we do not do billing on customer videos or perceived time spent. all times are rounded up not down.

NOTES: 

1. The technician will arrive within the designated time slot. Should there be any issues causing the technician to be more than 30-40 minutes late, you will be notified.

2. Most services require a quote and parts. Please do not assume that your equipment will be repaired on the first visit unless you have provided us with a detailed description of the issue and the required parts, including part numbers. If the provided diagnosis is incorrect, you will be charged in full for the ordered parts and the service performed. For the best results, we recommend allowing us to conduct the necessary diagnostics.

3. Time slots are estimates. A late arrival or early departure of the technician does not qualify for a discount.

4.  Appointments may be canceled up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled arrival of a technician. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a charge for the full quoted price of the service, as the technician will have been reserved exclusively for you.

• Replace the spark plugs

• Inspect the chains for damage and proper tension, check the mast operation, inspect carriage rollers, lift and tilt cylinders for proper function

• Inspect the hydraulic oil pump and check the hydraulic oil level hydraulic filter (replacing if necessary)
• Clean the radiator
• Inspect the PCV valve
• Asses pedal free play
• Check/adjust hand brake

This booking reserves a technician and a bay in our shop, putting you at the front of the line. In the event that the task cannot be completed within the designated time frame or for the specified fee, you will be provided with a quotation for the completion of the repair. This quotation may be issued on the same day in certain instances; however, it may necessitate the procurement of additional parts. Should this occur, your approval will be required for the quoted amount, which will reflect the original charge of $531.00 as a credit. Should you opt not to proceed with the repair, the original invoiced amount of $531.00, plus applicable shop supplies and tax ($628.32), will remain due and payable.

Please note, you are reserving a technician and a slot in OUR facility with this booking, if you have not arranged your own fright you must select yes under have Van-Centre forklift arrange freight, if you miss your appointment you will be invoiced as the technician and space were dedicated to you.
