Disclaimer for Forklift Rentals

Delivery and Pickup: Forklifts are delivered to the customer site between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the day of booking and are picked up the following business day (Monday-Friday) between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM. For multiple-day rentals, please ensure that the final rental day is not the day you require the machine's pickup, as it will be retrieved the following business day.

Battery and Charger: Forklift rentals include a battery and a 208V single-phase charger. Customers are responsible for the charger installation. Note: Chargers are not provided for single-day rentals.

Delivery Requirements: If not using Van-Centre Forklift’s delivery service, customers must provide the details and proof of insurance for their selected delivery company. No equipment will be released without prior review and approval of this information. Please email these details to Customercare@vancentreforklift.com at least 24 hours before pickup.

Cancellation Policy: Failure to adhere to these policies will incur a $55 cancellation charge.

Terms and Conditions
All equipment is delivered between 8am-11am of the start day of your rental, we do not guarantee delivery times before 1pm. Equipment is picked up on the next business day following your rental period between 8am-11am. Please make sure the equipment is accessible or penalties of $225/hour will be charged. 

Customer is responsible for all damaged* and agrees that the operator of the equipment is trained to the provincial standards and that Van-Centre Forklift (VCF) is not liable for damages to products or properties as a result of the use, transportation or possession of this equipment, customer must maintain insurance coverage for the use of this vehicle at all time during the rental and may be requited to provide a copy at any time without notice. 

*customers have optional coverage available for damages of rental equipment (only), if you do not select this you will be charged for any and all damaged up to and including the replacement value of the equipment. Equipment must be returned in the identical condition it leaves in to avoid damages being charged if you so not select this option.
